The Transportation and Infrastructure Manager will coordinate the planning, execution and delivery of complex projects, on time and within budget, in accordance with client specifications.


  • Primary point of contact for clients.
  • Define risks and use proven project management techniques to assess and mitigate these identified risks through the risk matrix.
  • Execute, manage, and maintain the project execution plan (PEP) as the primary tool to support the client’s needs.
  • Participate regularly and actively in all aspects of the health and safety program as outlined by the Health and Safety Department.
  • Maintain company standards and conform to the requirements of the Quality Management System.
  • Provide project coordination, support, analysis, and recommendations in conjunction with various departments to supply required plans or data.
  • Review survey plans and/or data in accordance with regulations and standards set by all applicable governing legislation, bylaws and industry standard practices.
  • Preparation of RFP and bid documents.
  • Client liaison with current and potential clients.
  • Expand UGS’s current transportation and infrastructure with the ideal outcome of being an industry leader.


  • Member of a Professional Land Surveyor’s Association or Member of APEGA.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the transportation and infrastructure sectors.
  • Able to create consensus among all stakeholders on complex projects.
  • Able to effectively communicate with all staff, including technical, professional, and upper management.
